How long will it take to process my order?

It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from time of purchase. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 5-8 business days for standard shipping.

Please note: Processing times may increase from time to time when demand is especially heavy. If this is the case, we'll try to inform you of a possible delay when you place your order. How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States based on UPS weight and territorial guidelines.

What forms of payment does clariSEA accept?

clariSEA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express! While we cannot accept checks or money orders through the website or by phone, you can mail a check or money order payable to clariSEA to the address below. Please include the following information: your name, address, phone number and the list of products you would like to order (please include product prices and shipping and handling. Tax must also be included if you live in the state of New Jersey). How do I track my order?

My skin was irritated by a clariSEA product. Who should I tell?

What is clariSEA's return policy?

If you purchased products directly from clariSEA, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products except discontinued items, no questions asked as long as you return the unused portion or empty container.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
