Ocean Saltwater Clarifying Cleanser ~ Packaging Update

Dear clariSEA fam, 

In your recent order, you may have noticed a slight change to the Ocean Saltwater Clarifying Cleanser label design. For the past couple of years, we have purchased the cleanser tubes from a supplier in Texas. That supplier shipped the tubes to a company in New Hampshire that printed and applied a special type of label to the tube to make it look seamless all the way through the seal. Both of those businesses closed their doors in 2025.

I have not been able to find another supplier to apply that type of label to a tube at the quantities we are able to purchase as a small business. So, I quickly re-worked the label to make it shorter and am now ordering the labels from the same company that supplies all of our other labels. The tube sealing machine cannot seal through these "regular" labels, however, so I re-designed the label to make it a little shorter so the tube can still be sealed without the label interfering.

I am still getting the hang of exactly where and how to apply the label to the tube and the setting for the sealing machine to prevent any bubbling in the label once it is sealed. I have made progress but I am writing to let you know that the process is still a work in progress so you may notice a few crinkles in your label. There are some perfect ones out there so you may not notice! 

Nothing else about the product has changed. The formula is exactly the same and the type of tube is the same as well. Same material and same number of layers to keep the product safe and protected through all of its uses. The orifice of this tube is a tiny bit bigger, but I still think it's controlled enough to not cause any dispensing issues like too much coming out at once, etc.
