Customer Service Answers:
It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from time of purchase. Right now we are busy and order processing is 2-4 business days. If you need your order shipped more quickly, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During busy times and when new products launch, order processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
clariSEA's business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, except holidays.
Please note: Processing times may increase from time to time when demand is especially heavy. If this is the case, we'll try to inform you of a possible delay when you place your order. We currently offer $4.95 flat rate shipping within the continental United States and Hawaii via USPS. Orders over $35 ship free. We can ship now ship orders to Canada that are 4 lbs and under. Check out our Shipping to Canada! page for more info!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and now PayPal. Tax must also be included if you live in the state of New Jersey. If you have any questions please contact us and we will get back to you within 2 business days: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST.

If you purchased products directly from clariSEA, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products except discontinued items, no questions asked as long as you return the unused portion or empty container. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery .
